Hello!..
According to the configuration of glpi, whenever a change is made in the ticket, an email is sent. I need to know if it is possible that this email is sent only when I want. For example, when going from state "a" to status " b "is sent, but when the change is to put the ticket in state" c "mail is not sent. Is it possible?

No it's not possible.
When you use notification for update ticket, notification is sent for all modifications.
You must do want you want in a plugin
