Hello there!!
I have some questions about the Statistics tab on the Ticket.
I have define the Calendar
Mon-Fri
08:30 - 13:15
13:45 - 17:00
Then I have a ticket.
day 1:
begining at 13:18
luch end: 13:45
end of day: 17:00
expended time day 2: 03:15
day 2:
begining of day: 08:30
close ticket: 08:53
expended time day 2: 00:23
total time on ticket: 03:38
but when i close this ticket, i have this Statistics on Ticket tab:
Dates
Opening date 21-03-2018 13:18
Due date 26-03-2018 13:15
Resolution date 22-03-2018 08:53
Closing date 22-03-2018 08:53
Times
Take into account 41 seconds
Resolution 4 hours 34 minutes
Closure 4 hours 34 minutes 46 seconds
Pending
i would understand how the GLPI calculate this times.
Anyone can help me?

hey guys, i found the problem.
My Entity was the option "Inheritance of the parent entity" on Calendar. I need to change to works:
Administration > Entities > [My Entity] > Assistance > Calendar
