I saw one of the feature - AutoLogin. May I know how I can use it? I need to make my Office365 users to login to the application automatically (Something similar to SSO). Does GLPI allows me to do so? Please guide me with reference articles. Thanks!

Hello good day,
I believe that if I understand you, you can create a configuration to authenticate your user directly into the email account.
Configure -> Authentication -> E-mail server.
Mails receivers
Name: 'suporte@dominio.com.br' Active: Yes
Server: '{outlook.office365.com:993/imap/ssl/novalidate-cert/notls}' Login: 'suporte@dominio.com.br' Password: Yes

Thanks machadomall for your quick response.
I have already set it up. I have
Mail server
Name: MST Solutions Domain
Email domain Name (users email will be login@domain): myCompany.com
Active: Yes
Server: smtp.office365.com
Connection string: {smtp.office365.com/imap/ssl/novalidate-cert/notls}
But I don't know how to proceed further.
1. How to make my mail user xyz@mycompany.com to login to the application?
I tried login with my O365 password in GLPI, but it is not logging me.
2. Do I need to add any plugins for SSO? Or, any setup needed for LDAP in my Office365 account?

Hello,
In the Server field = outlook.office365.com
In the left menu under a Test option, enter an email account "username@domain.com and the password and click on test.
- It has to work, it works for me only with these settings.

Yes I figured out Márcio. The issue is we have two factor authentication enabled on our accounts. I need to generate App Password first to use it. Is there any way that I can work with two factor authentication (using OTP) in GLPI?
