Ticket Due Date - GLPI 9.1

Hi,

I am using GLPI 9.1 but I do not see how to assign a due date for a ticket?  There is no due date field.

Thanks!

Re: Ticket Due Date - GLPI 9.1

This seems like a simple question - is there a due date option in GLPI 9.1 for tickets?  I see it talked about in various posts and see screenshots of a due date in a ticket, but can not see how to activate or use?

There are only options for Time to Resolve and Time to Own.

Re: Ticket Due Date - GLPI 9.1

Hi.

What is the difference between all the dates?

Time to own
Internal Time to own
Time to resolve
Internal time to resolve

Internal is not public for the user?

Regards.
