Hello:
I would like to modify the simplified interface. Our version is 2.9.1. I would wish that validations's option appears in the simplified interface.
Is this possible?.
I have tried to change it but I don't find where I can change it.
Administration --> profile->> Here I can see which interface is using each profile.
Where are the templates of the interfaces?

You can do it in: Home -> Assitance -> Tickets -> Ticket templates (you can find the ticket templtes clicking in the icon that looks like _ __ after the + and search icon). Select the template you want to change, and in the menu in the left hand side you can choose Required fiels, Predefined fields, hidden fields ...
