Hello,
I am getting the " Could not connect to mailgate server " while configuring a receiver to fetch the email from Exchange Server 2013.
I am using the following settings:
Name: helpdeskemail@domain.com
Active: Yes
Server: mailserver.domail.com
Connection String: {mailserver.domail.com:995/pop/ssl/novalidate-cert/notls}
Username: helpdeskemail@domain.com
Password: helpdeskemailpassword
Use Kerberos authentication: no
Email Server: Exchange Server 2013
Glpi OS: CentOS 7
PHP Version: 7.0.27
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have the same extend settings but i use imap and not pop3. (I have to start imap on exchange server.)
Are you sure pop3 is running ?

Thanks a lot for your quick response. Yes, I have enable and started both POP3 and IMAP services. Even I tried the online tool (https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/) to check the connectivity. And looks fine. Could you please share your configuration?

i you try to do a telnet from your server ?
i you authorize your server in the exchange connector ?
have you install a mail client in your glpi server ?
