Hi,
I am using GLPI 9.1 but I do not see how to assign a due date for a ticket? There is no due date field.
Thanks!

This seems like a simple question - is there a due date option in GLPI 9.1 for tickets? I see it talked about in various posts and see screenshots of a due date in a ticket, but can not see how to activate or use?

Take a look at the sla configuration
You can mark this threat as [resolved] in subject of your threat. (This is only available edit of the first post.) It is good for users who help others to quickly see which post is still open.

Hi.
What is the difference between all the dates?
Time to own
Internal Time to own
Time to resolve
Internal time to resolve
Internal is not public for the user?
Regards.
