Hello,
I created an approval group with two users.
I would like to use the Update function with mark multiple tickets on Assistace.
I marked the tickets and on the Action tab\Update\Approval menu I did grant approvals.
My problem: The tickets approvals not change, only the Global approval status, and the approval status on assistance not changed.
What can I do to change the approval status ?
