Resolved: Email Notification is Not Working

Hi All,

When am trying to test the email notification it was showing like "Fail to send test email to administrator".

Can anyone suggest what to do here.

hello which method ur using to send email?
if php its straight forward settings, just put admin email and admin name
if SMTP keep both username and password field empty and try.

Tried with both PHP and SMTP. Its not working.

Hi Roshan,

Please suggest something. In the mail-error.log file it was showing like "an email was undeliverable to manideepanchoori@domain.com" please help.

I think you try with wrong settings. The setting must be correct for your mail server.
