Visibility Private FollowUp

Hello

there is any way to make users only can see the private Private FollowUp of his groups?

Or, only the  Private FollowUp  where is technician of the ticket?  We have technicians which can make request to technicians of other groups,   Is possible to get him not to see the Private FollowUp if he is a requester.

Using profiles I can do this user see :  his own Private FollowUp or ALL Private FollowUp.
