Chat tool

Is there any free chat tool that can be integrated with GLPI.

Problem: Whenever user raises any ticket I need to chat with them requesting for further information .

This tool is good I am able to install and test. Point here is,how to integrate with our current GLPI

Hello ,
you can integrate it by Widget embed code. on your live helper chat admin console , go to system configuration, click tab embed code then on Widget embed code follow the instructions there , then copy the created code and paste it at the bottom of the file helpdesk.public.php under glpi/front.

got it and it is working as expected. Only change I did is I copied the widget code in ticket.form.php since I am using the 9.1 version.

doesn't work with rocketchat and glpi 9.4.2
