Issue with e-mails missing "Message-Id" header

Bonjour,
I have been trying to configure GLPI (ver. 9.2.1) at our company, but found that some e-mails are not inserted as tickets.
After analysis I found that all e-mails in "Rejected" folder are missing the "Message-Id" header. Those are sent by some automatic e-mail sender application, and Samsung Android mail client (maybe there are other e-mail clients that do not insert that header).

Is there a way to receive those messages, despite the missing header (but still refuse messages which message-id starts with GLPI*)?

Hi all, in case anyone else struggles with that issue, we have managed to fix it, by enabling "always_add_missing_headers" in Postfix (http://www.postfix.org/postconf.5.html# … ng_headers)
