Hi guys.
I want to do the following:
I have two child entities A and B, and I have a user U who participates in both entities, in entity A he is technical and in B a normal user.
I created a group G in entity A and put the user in this group, then created a category C and defined that the group in charge of the hardware would be the group G that I created previously and the technician in charge of the hardware would be user U.
In the GLPI interface I went to Configure -> Notifications -> Notifications and I selected New Ticket -> Recipient, there I put:
Profile: Admin
Administrator
Applicant
Manager of the group in charge of the call
Group in charge of the call
Technician in charge of the call
The problem is that when I log in with another normal user X to open a called entity A call, and set the call to category C, I send the call and it is only emailed to Profile: Admin and to the requester, I I'd like you to be sent to the group responsible for the category, manager of the group and the coach responsible for the category.
Can anyone help?
