Notification based on criteria

Hi people, is it possible to send automatic notifications like New ticket based in a criteria i.e. "If Group Assigned is Group A then use notification template for Group A". Same for Group B, or based on Entity.

You can do this with different entities.

I think, believe there is the setting you need.
