Reglas de Asignacion Automatica de Incidencias

Hola a todos. Espero se encuentren bien.

Quiero preguntarles como hago para asignar un ticket a un técnico a partir de una ciudad (ubicación)?

I want to ask you, how can i assign tickets to techinal by filter like City or Place (location, places).

Hello Helper, I cant find the Business Rules in GLPI V9.1.3 I need to create a rule new that the tickets assigned to technician by City. Is possible in this versión?

Hi everyone, is easy the solution: Is just go -->Administration -->Profiles --> Get de Administration tab and finaly clic on Rules (all privilegies).
