database error due to migration from 0.84.3 to 9.2

Hello,
I migrated glpi 0.84.3 to 9.2 and when i import the old database to the new one i had this error :

UPDATE `glpi_profilerights` SET `name` = 'queuednotification' WHERE `name` = 'queuedmail' - L'erreur est Duplicate entry '8-queuednotification' for key 'unicity'

Did anyone had this error before ?

You can't import old database to new one.
You must let GLPI do the migration from old database.

But how should i proceed if i start from a new installation of 9.2 ?

i install the new 9.2 with a new database but after how can i get my old database backup to the new one ?

You can't import old database to new one.
You must let GLPI do the migration from old database.
