Hi all,
I am looking for a way to automatically set the time in "Total duration" tab when creating a new ticket based on selected Category.
I have looked into Administration > Rules > Business rules for tickets.
> i set the Criteria to be: Category is "name of category"
> unfortunately under Actions the field "Total duration", is not available.
Any help is appreciated. I am using GLPI 9.1

Total duration is only visible on create ticket to create a closed ticket (ticket created after resolution)
