Good night guys!..

Does anyone know if it is possible to prevent the closing of the ticket that still has unfinished tasks?

I've tried to see by rules and call template and found nothing.

No you can't.

Okay i did not read this really correct.

the feature is prevent from close ticket with task todo but i can solve a ticket with task todo.
in my opinion it would be better prevent the solving from a ticket. i tested this and i think it works correct but i need more time because i have the test the automatic task "Automatic tickets closing".
my setting is first solve the ticket and the automatic close it after one day.

i tested this cases.
- solve assigned ticket.. possible
- close solved ticket, not possible OK
- close solved ticket from solution mask, not possible OK

i have to test
- wait 24 hours to take a look what auto close ticket will do.

Sorry, maybe I did not explain right to you my concern.

Do not allow Resolve or Close a ticket if it has an unresolved task.

- I do not know if this is what KKAdmin is testing.
