data in export CSV not compliant with the displayed result

Hello,
In the search for multi-criteria tickets (assistance> ticket); the csv report data is not the same as the one displayed on the html page.

Let me explain :
When you make a query in "assistance-tickets" which relates to the fields "characteristics-status = unresolved" "+" "characteristics-category = 'my value'", I get 104 lines that seem to correspond to my request.
On the other hand, when I click on the floppy symbol to export "all pages in CSV" I get 191 lines in the extracted file, indeed several lines with categories that do not contain the string entered in the criterion " characteristics-category "are added.
We have upgraded our Glpi which was in version 0.84.3 recently to version GLPI 9.1.6
I encountered this problem with version 9.1.6
I do not encounter it with version 0.84.3
Thanks in advance for your support.

Best Regards

Frederique

Re: data in export CSV not compliant with the displayed result

I make a test with your criteria fields and i didn't reproduce the issue.
Is the problem present only with category criterion?

Re: data in export CSV not compliant with the displayed result

Hello Yllen, thank you for your answer I only found the problem with the criterion "categorie" for the moment.

But I have additional information ;
the content of the csv will be different if the characters of the criterion are entered in uppercase or lowercase (with the same value).

Re: data in export CSV not compliant with the displayed result

In search engine, for category you use which parameter? IS, Contain...?
Not problem for me this upper or lowercase
