Is glpi user the only one in admin / super admin group ?

If yes then:
You have to cope with database and changing MD5 sums on user table ;-)
Else:
Add glpi user e-mail adress, logout and use option on login screen "forgot your password"

1) get your GLPI user_id
2) get superadmin profile id:
select id,name from glpi_profiles (should be 4)

3) add superadmin profile to your profiles :
repalce MYUSERID by your ID

INSERT INTO `glpi_profiles_users` (`id`, `users_id`, `profiles_id`, `entities_id`, `is_recursive`, `is_dynamic`) VALUES (NULL, 'MYUSERID', '4', '0', '1', '0');

then you should be able to switch ti superadmin profile
