add category on email subject for auto create ticket

Hi all!

I have 9.1.6

Is it possible to add the category on the email subject?

Yes, you can use business rules.


You can mark this threat as [resolved] in subject of your threat. (This is only available edit of the first post.) It is good for users who help others to quickly see which post is still open.

Subject of the mail will become title of the ticket.
