GLPI 9.1.4 closed tickets problems

In GLPI 9.1.4,

1) when a ticket is closed and I would reopen it, if I click on the reopen button the ticket will not reopen and there isn't prompt warning. To reopen I have to add a Followup in the Processing Ticket TAB.

2) if a ticket is closed, the link to linked tickets don't appear

The bug has been reported and fixed  https://github.com/glpi-project/glpi/issues/2412
