Discovering Switch

i'm using glpi 9.14 and FusionInventory     9.1+1.1.

I'm trying to get Switch info.

Reading info i saw that the first that i've to do is a Network Discovery but nothing happens.

On tab Job Execution i can see the task but State Prepared = 0

Have i to add previusly the Swicht manually on my assets? I understand that with the task the Swicht is going to be added whit no needs to be added manually.

I have finally done the Discovery, I'm not sure how... Is there some process that change the "state"  to Prepared?

Next step is Snmp inventory, I'm getting this error:

Another doubt that i have is if snmp inventory is going to scan all the swicht ports or I have to create it manually
