I need to create a Ticket Category visible for self-service Of entity A and Entity AA (but NOT for Entity AB)
Entity A
|__________ Entity AA
|
|__________ Entity AB
I have created a Ticket Category assigned to Entity AA; It's possible to use this Ticket Category from self-service user of Entity A??
And, whithout changing the selected entity in Menu located top right? (Being in "Root entity (tree structure)")
Explained in another way: Could see a Self-Service User all the Entity an all sub-entitiesof the Entity an all sub-entities?
Thank you!

It's not possible. You could howewer create different categories with the same name on different levels of entity tree (not recursive).

A category can be recursive. So it can be view on all sub-entities.
CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6 - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache
GLPI from 0.72 to dev version

So I understand that recursivity is only root entity to subentities, not sub entities to root.
So I have to create different categories with the same name in each entity.
I need the root entity to see sub-entity categories. But not all sub-entities see all the categories of the root
Thanks
