Bonjour,
J'ai voulu aller voir les tickets, sur mon glpi. Je vois mes tickets en cours, je clique sur un fichier, et là plus d'affichage, juste le titre ..
même situation sur le parc.
Merci de m'apporter une solution.

En cherchant dans le forum j'ai trouvé une solution, qui a réparé mon soucis et c'est toi qui avait donné la solution id:157947
La table glpi_logs était crachée, je l'ai réparé.

Par contre j'avais une question sur le glpi_logs, mon fichier fait plus de 1 Go !
Est-ce normal ?
Je voulais transférer Glpi sur un autre serveur, mais il va être trop important.

La table glpi_logs ne s'épure pas automatiquement mais avez vous besoin de conserver tout ce qu'elle contient (est-ce utile de conserver toutes les actions depuis des années ?)
Déjà, pour alléger la table des logs, il faut purger toutes les corbeilles de tous les objets.
Ensuite sur le site de la forge pour avez un fichier cleanhistory.php (https://github.com/glpi-project/glpi/bl … ixes/tools)
Il suffit de le mettre dans votre GLPI et de l'appeler via un cron afin qu'il purge régulièrement votre historique (vous avez un exemple d'utilisation en début du fichier)
Vous pouvez également le lancer manuellement pour alléger votre glpi_logs avant votre migration

Vous avez un exemple d'utilisation en début du fichier.
Suivant les paramètres indiqués il va épurer tel évènement pour tel objet suivant tel ancienneté (en mois)
