Hi @all
I am looking for a way to connect the SLT with the Impact
For example, if I as a technician, set the SLT to low, I want the Impact is set to low automatically.
The Problem is, that I don't know where to find the Point where I connect These two Points, can anybody help?
Thanks
Hannes

You do that in SLT level
CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6 - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache
GLPI from 0.72 to dev version
Certifiée ITIL (ITV2F, ITILF, ITILOSA)

So you mean under Configuration -> SLA and there I am lost, there is an SLA option but nothing there which let me do the link with the Impact...

Do you mean I should create a new Level of escalation?

When your SLA in created, you have a tab SLT to create the SLT.
And in the SLT created you have a tab Escalation level to define your criteria and your actions
