search "and not" in "software" takes very long time
Everytime when executing this specific search, it takes about 6 minutes...
With GLPI in Version 9.1.1 and also in 9.1.4.
Virtual Machine with 4 GB RAM an 4 CPUS (Ubuntu-Server 14)
Any help very much appreciated!

Try disabling financial information in Setup=>Assets->Enable financial and administrative information by default=No.

my search is intended to find Computers that don't have a specific Software installed.
Perhaps there is a plugin for that kind of report available?

More you have columns displayed, more the request is long

Now the search takes only 2 seconds, when reduced to only one column "Name", which is all I need for this kind of search

But then the next question / request: Is ist possible to create more than one personal view?

No. You can only have one personal view by item.
But you can create bookmarks
