Hi all,
Is there any option where an user from entity X could see all tickets requested on that entity, even if tickets were created by another entity (or no) user?
I've achieved that by creating group on entity X and assigning that group on ticket requester, but if I have 300 entities, I would have to create 300 groups one per entity?

You user must have right to see all tickets in his profile and his profile must be affect to the entity X
