GLPI 9.1.5 can't get ticket from mail

Hello I update glpi to version 9.1.5 and I see, that glpi don't download ticket from mail. I have settings:

and cron on server:

In glpi 0.1.4 ticket works corretly. And I have max memory limit. How I can clear this limit ?

OK I change memory from 128MB to 256MB, but still I can't get ticket from mail

I'm not sure what i can see in second screenshot. this can't be the output form 'crontab -l'

why do you believe it is a memory limit / problem ?
I do not see the message which told this to you.
APCu and Zend OPcache is for performance / cache. This can't be your problem.

Memory Limits i no are mail size, php and mysql settings

(pls use english language for screenshots in the forum. it is easier to handle

Have you some errors in GLPI logs? in apache logs?
