Tickets (Assigned To - Technician) problem ?

I have a problem (maybe from GLPI 9.1.5, earlier version was ok).

The person who creates the ticket via www is automatically assigned as "Assigned To - Technician". In my case, only Michalczyk is a Techican. Other people have a post-only profile.

Previously I had to manually assign a Technician - so it was ok.

Any suggestion?

Re: Tickets (Assigned To - Technician) problem ?

Hi,
the glpi team published a few days after 9.1.5 the new update to 9.1.6 because "of several major regressions".
Maybe you should do an update?

I can't reproduce your error in 9.1.6.

Yop
You're right, this is a bug in version 9.1.5, fixed in the 9.1.6
