Hi..I would like to know if I can modify/customize GLPI with different look and name for redistribution..? Is it is a licence violation...? As per my understand on GPL licence it allowed as long as we didn't sell the product .Is`nt it ..? .Is it applicable for GLPI too..? You detail information will be help full for me.

Hi ..Thanks for the replay...I dont really get the meaning "have source available"...Is it means the modified source code has to be available to download in public..? I dont have intention to change source code only peripheral appearance by customization...pls explain.

Thanks you for the quick response......my intention is straight forward....Modify the application and re-brand with credit notes of original GLPI team and make customizes GLPI publicly available free of cost...Customer need to pay only for installation assistance and further technical support....Is it fair and not violating any GPL rules...??...
I respect the GLPI product and community who build this wonderful solution...I want to clarify before i step up with the customization...thats why i want to know if I violate any licence rules of GLPI..Your detail replay would be appreciated.
