Hi Guys,
I found one probably Bug on GLPI about maillcollectors, when the GLPI toke the E-mail and opened a ticket, the date/time from e-mail is not collected by from sender.
In other word the GLPi take the e-mail and associate the Time that is setup on General Configs on GLPI to generate a ticket.
For try solve this problem, i set the field Use mail date, instead of collect one, like "YES" option on mailreceiver, but not solved.

someone of you knows how can I fix this problem?
Thank in advanced,
