Hi all,
We use GLPI 0.90.1
We automatically create tickets by incoming emails. Works great but...
Images that were in the body of the email are not visible when you open the ticket.
Yes they appear as separated images but not in the description of the ticket only an ID like:
#3e34d464-878a205d-58b6cd53d17bd0.91097201#
Is there an option or setting that leaves the screenshots and other images visible in the ticket description?
Would love to hear.

This is an actual question for me.

Have you tried: Setup > General > Assistance > rich text->yes ?
This worked for us.

Hello. If this option is on we don't see images at all. We don't see even square with red cross in mail`s body.

Actually we might have the same problem the images from the email look like this: https://goo.gl/photos/aMDgc5MyvztBHASX7
This is weird as in some tickets they appear and in others they don't.
It's the same thing in I.E, Chrome, Firefox...

We migrated to GLPI version 9.1.4 and the problem still persists ! How annoying.
For example: a requester sent an email with images (screenshot) in the body of the mail. For me as admin I can see the pictures in the rich text body of the ticket. But the requester doesn't when opening the ticket. The ticket is visible however in the processing ticket: https://gyazo.com/f718fd14c9dc811d83347af6601c6798

Hi !
We have the same issue. We use GLPI 0.90.3 with requests sent by email but the images don't appear in the description of the created ticket.
Does a solution exist ? Thanks !
