Custom report

Hello,

Could you give me the code in order to create a REPORT that satisfies the need of a user colleague and defined by the following question?

"Would it be possible to have a state on GLPI with a filter on the consumable used with the following fields?": Consumables / Status: Used / Reference / Name / Type / Use date / Given to "
