Hi,
I would like to open an existing ticket with the „processing ticket“ tab as default so that the requester see the „action historical“ as first.
Is there a way to do that?

You must change the core or create a plugin.
There is no configuration in GLPI for that

Is anyone willing to help with this? I believe this should be default from users' perspective. Less clicking for end user which means app is friendlier right?

Are there any workaround to solve it? It's true that the user experience is not the best making the 'main' view as the default view opening the ticket.
