Ticket assign entity by profile (UNIQUE_PROFILE,PROFILES,ONE_PROFILE)

Hello

I was making some research in the source code and I discovered that the mailcollector rule treats the criteria like below:
User featuring a single profile -> UNIQUE_PROFILE
User featuring the profile -> PROFILES
User with a single profile -> ONE_PROFILE

The portuguese brazilian translation is a bit confuse.

Can some one explain better all criterias detailed  to understand better?

Best Regards
Wanderlei

You can mark this threat as [resolved] in subject of your threat. (This is only available edit of the first post.) It is good for users who help others to quickly see which post is still open.

Re: Ticket assign entity by profile (UNIQUE_PROFILE,PROFILES,ONE_PROFILE)

Tried to resolve it for myself yesterday. That's how i see it.

User featuring a single profile -> User have a profile, but this single profile is linked ONLY to the one entity. User also can have few profiles.
User featuring the profile -> It's a simple. The user have this profile. He can have few profiles, but one of them is profile from criteria.
User with a single profile -> User have only one profile, this profile can be linked to few entites, in this case default user entity will be selected.

My english is bad and this discription may not be clear, sorry for that. )
