Especific user(s) should not be a requester

Hi brothers.

There is a way to an or many user(s) not be selected to be a requester of a ticket?

Is it possible with the normal system architeture? Or i need to make some changes on source code?

Thanks for consideration an attention.

If a user have the right to create a ticket he can be a requester

Thanks for answers.

Unfortunatly it doesn't worked for me. My technician profile  isn't checked as  tickets creator and it can be selected as resquester yet.

Anymore ideas?

Re: Especific user(s) should not be a requester

Hi Compuserv,

I think you only have two ways to solve this:
1) Ask an Admin to give you the privileges to create the ticket (but this affects all users who have the technicians profile).

2) Ask an "admin" to create a new profile with the ticket creation privileges, and insert your User into it.

best regards
