GLPI Ticket mail reject not download

Hello I added new email to section "Receivers" I added email, next select Imap, next I added user and password and click save. Next I click "Download email from email" (I translate this text from polish language) and glpi returned me this:

Why I have one message available, one received and one rejected. In ticket section I have nothing. I need to change some more settings ??

Do you have many entities?
Have you define a rule to create ticket from collector?
Have you load not imported emails? Have you launch automatic action?
Version of GLPI used?
