Direct FAQ search when adding some ticket subject words?

Hi everyone,

is it possible to auto search for FAQ entries directly after the user has entered some ticket subject words?

Just to avoid dubble ticket posts...

Best regards,
Mike

Re: Direct FAQ search when adding some ticket subject words?

Great question,
I think that is not posible without editing core code.

It would be great enhance for 9.2 version.

Re: Direct FAQ search when adding some ticket subject words?

After the ticket creation?
I don't understand what you want to do.

You can search in the FAQ before creating a ticket. Search after creating it you will have 2 tickets

CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6  - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache

For example Sysaid do it.

Re: Direct FAQ search when adding some ticket subject words?

Yes, this is right.

Like google... you enter some words in the subject field - and without pressing the enter key, you will have some suggestions from the FAQ.
I don't know, how to realize this and the database utilization will be high for sure ;-)
