Hi Friends !
I need help to set the default entity for the users.
I created some rules to set authorizations, this rule assign the enttity that it's allowed to open tickets, but the default entity is not set correctly.
I have this structure for the entities:
root
--> Organization
--> company1
--> company2
The rule allows the user to create tickets for company1 for example, but the deafult entity is not set as company1.
My problem is that I wan to import the location from LDAP/AD, the location is imported, but not at the right place, it's imported at the "organization" entity, not at "company1" entity. I think the problem is that the default entity is set as "organization"
Any suggestion to solve this problem ?
Thank you !

Yllen, good morning !
Ok, but i need to know if it's possible to automate this configuration, set the default like the rule to assign entity.
It's impossible to set one by one, and impossible to ask for the user to set this configuration.
Thank you very much !
