Hello.
I would like to use GLPI for interacting with multiple subcontractor orgranizations.
Please help to find out, which features and tasks are possible with GLPI (or one of existing plugins), which need to be developed and which are unable to reach with GLPI architecture:
1. Subcontractor should have its own login to interact with us, to process assigned requests and tickets, to update its profile.
2. Subcontractor profile should contain additional information and attributes:
2.1. list of geographic locations, where a subcontractor can provide its services (cities or regions);
2.2. list of competences, abilities, special equipment and authorizations (to search for, filter and set certain constraints for issued requests);
2.3. (optional) list of subcontractor contacts and representatives;
3. Such ways of interaction with subcontractors should be implemented:
3.1. request and collect commercial proposals for new services and subcontracts;
3.2. assign a task (ticket) within specific contract, or a contract-free task to a supplier or group of suppliers, track it - classic ticket workflow;
3.3. (optional) rate a work of subcontractor on specific tickets and requests, create reports on supplier ratings, compute an aggregate rating of a subcontractor.
