Hi Again
I would like to know if is possible to update any filed of a ticket already been create via email. I have a ticket already create and would like to know if I can change the status.
Ive been reading but Im not able to find if theres a solution for this.

If the status is "waiting" or "solved", then ANY e-mail with proper title will change ticket's status to "in progress". That is the only change you can do by e-mail.
