When a technician wants to read a ticket that has been scaled to another technical group, it gives access error denied.
The application only allows to have a group of watchers, so, if a ticket is scaled to more than one technical group, we can not assure that all the technicians who have acted on the ticket can read it.
How can you give read permission to a ticket for various technical groups?

In GLPI you can set as many watchers groups as you want, not only 1
CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6 - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache
GLPI from 0.72 to dev version
