Display Problems
I helped a friend install and when the login comes up there is a login but no graphics and when they login the menu and graphics that are usually across the top now appear down the left side pushing all the other info down in the browsers. Seems like it would be a quick change to fix but I cant seem to find it.
Any quick ideas?

As a followup, all seems to be fine when we do it from a local host. It is only when we do it from another machine and use a url...
Version is 0.68.3
Any ideas?
