GLPI 0.85.5 create ticket from email problem

Hello All

I have setup mail receiver and it success to create ticket
But I found that the Description have some code in the header and the format as below

May I know how to disable/delete "Description : P.ImprintUniqueID { MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt } LI.ImprintUniqueID { MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt } DIV.ImprintUniqueID { MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt } TABLE.ImprintUniqueIDTable { MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt } DIV.Section1 { page: Section1 } " ?

Configuration -> Notifications  -> Modèles de notifications -> Tickets -> Traductions par defaut
and there you remove what you want

I have find the Notification template but I cannot found any hints of below message:

May I know should I some column delete in the template?

seems to be CSS no ?

Try another template like "Simple Ticket" .
Configuration -> Notifications -> Notifications.
Select for exemple "New Ticket" and change his template. And try.

Hello, I have a problem , set the receiver with gmail , port 993 , imap , ssl , connects , but he throws me the following: count: available = 0 , recovered = 0 , rejected = 0 , errors = 0 , blacklisted = 0
In the box gmail you have in its ibox four messages
Please Help me!!

I do have the same issue, whithout any solution ....

I have tried using simple ticket, no success...

Did anyone knows how to fix?
