Set rules to include monitors with fusioninventory?

So I have set up GLPI server from upstream zip on Ubuntu 16.04. Most of the clients that I want to inventorise are on CentOS7. I have installed the fusioninventory plugin on the server and the agent on one machine. It is working BUT the peripherals are not shown. I have a lot of monitors and wacom tablets that I need to include. I see posts like this http://forum.glpi-project.org/viewtopic.php?id=82893 but I can't find the matching text to work with, nor any clear documentation on how to adjust rules in the server interface.

Can anyone advise?
