Super-admin action is not allowed

GLPI version is 9.1.1

Didnt found similar problems in ~7 pages (search didn't help too)
Dropdown menu gives "The action you have requested is not allowed" and actions are forbiden for everything, on any type of actions like Administration - Users - Actions => The action you have requested is no allowed.

It doesn't work on any user, even on Super Admin.

Haven't changed a thing and this problem appeared. Any idea?

I'm not sure, but try to check permissions on GLPI files.

If Linux system try to chmod -R 644 $GLPI/
