Authentication , Access denied

Hi , GLPI
I installed GLPI for about 2 months.
Today I logged in and could not access.

show , Access denied

OS = Centos 7
GLPI = 9.1.2
PHP LDAP
Phpmyadmin

How to verify problem.
Help me, please.

How is your authentification in GLPI? whith an AD?
Have you some errors in apache logs?

Have you changed the authentication method?

If not, Have you changed the default passwords for the default four accounts such as glpi, tech, normal & post-only.

If not, are you able to login with any user account?
