I would like to know if i can use environment variables in business rules, for example:
Trigger:
Opening tickets
Criterion:
If assigned technical group does not exist
and
If the assigned technician does not
Action:
Technical group = Level 1 Support [entity]
The [entity] object is an environment variable for the session of the entity that the user is logged.
This applies to my company where I define multiple entities as branches.
