Good afternoon,
I have a problem after migrating to a 9.1.2 version where before the update when the users opened a new call they received the email. After the update, the user no longer receives the e-mail where he only happens to receive, if he opens the call, select "Email follow-up".
This is how I can leave this field as the default "Yes" because it is necessary for the user to receive all the emails related to the call.
